SPC4000 Primer is to increase the stickiness of plate mounting and to prevent plate lift up. Especially for some area that sealing tape is not applicable, SPC4000 is your best choice.
Only apply small amount of SPC4000 on the plate back of the area lack of stickiness ( usually the edge ). Wait for few seconds until it is some dried, then mount the plate.SPC4000 is not glue, so it won't hurt the plate or adhesive tape.
