Seamless sleeve is directly engraved or imaged by laser. There is no seam in the graphic so itcan be used for continuous printing. It's widely applied on linework, wall paper, cigarette,background coating and varnishing.
Two major categories for different material : rubber and photopolymer
Seamless photopolymer sleeve : very precise for printing with screen ruling up to 175lpi and 1-99% dots reproducible.
Seamless rubber sleeve : screen ruling up to 120lpi. Longer life time, more durable to oil and solvent. |
