Letterpress printing is popular for label, form, can printing and stamping. Although most letterpress printers have in-house plate making facility, quite few of them can make good plates due to limited experience of staff and disadvantage of film. Therefore the printing quality is not perfect as expected.
With our expertise in digital plate making, 1% dots at 175LPI with format of 1200x900mm are steadily available. The high light break line, weak mid tone and dirty dark tone can be avoided.
